Shipping

Thank you for purchasing with WiddleToes! You can check the status of your order here.

Please allow processing to take 3-5 days. We hope to ship all orders both domestic and international orders within 5-7 business days of purchase date for standard shipping. For expedited and priority shipping orders will ship the following business day. 

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.

All pre-orders will be "shipped" in two weeks from the date of purchase.  All pre-orders are mailed 2 days priority shipping, customers can their tracking information once emailed.

All orders that are shipped incorrectly will be shipped immediately once contacted by the customer.

All deficient/damaged orders will be shipped once we receive the item in hand. 

Once orders have been received, please note you are responsible for returns/shipping cost and or exchanges.
