How do I care for my Widdle products?
At WIddleToes  we recommend hand-washing and tumble dry low or hang dry, to maintain the color and shape.
WiddleToes: We recommend lightly wiping off any dirt with mild soap with a cold towel and air dry.

How do I determine which size to purchase for my child?
Please measure your child and compare that to our size chart located before purchasing.
Our products are typically fit true to size; but fit depends on your child and your fit preference.
if you like the desired look is to have room, we recommend sizing up.
If your child is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear..
I have a crawling baby or small toddler; how will a moccasins last?
Our WiddleToes collection are perfect for your widdle ones! They are soft and stretchy, allowing your child to move comfortably without no limitations! Being that our product is made of suede it committed to longevity. Like any child’s shoes and clothing are subject to wear and tear. Please advise our widdle soles are suede material.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course! We send WiddleToes  around the world.
Shipping charges do vary depending on where you location as well as the weight of your order.
We try our best to keep taxes and duties as low as possible, however, you will be responsible for your country’s sales tax.

Where is my order?
Thank you for purchasing with WiddleToes! You can check the status of your order here.
Please allow processing to take 3-5 days. We hope to ship all orders both domestic and international orders within 5-7 business days of purchase date for standard shipping. For expedited and priority shipping orders will ship the following business day. 
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. That confirmation email and all correspondence from us will go through the email that you used when you ordered, so please check that email’s inbox and spam folder.
My order has shipped but hasn’t arrived?
Please contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking information. 
My order's tracking shows 'delivered' but I haven't received it?
Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end.
Sorry we do not issue refunds on lost packages.
What if I put the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. WiddleToes is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
